Residential
Our residential appraisers are licensed and state certified to assist banks, mortgage companies and individuals with determining the value of an existing home for fair market value, refinancing, estate liquidation, or new purchase. Appraisers are also asked to appraise new construction homes before, during, and after they are completed. Our company is also on the FHA Roster of approved residential appraisers. We are qualified and approved to do appraisals for FHA insured loans therefore we are familiar with the rules and procedures in FHA's guidance and policy documents.

Commercial
With limited commercial appraisers in the North Central Alabama area, we are pleased to provide this approach to our clients as part of our scope of appraisal services. Bob Klein, our commercial appraisal specialist, understands both the intricacies of the appraisal process and the rapidly changing commercial real estate market throughout our area.
